In the highlands of northern Tanzania, Mondul Coffee Estate has been growing specialty coffee since 1931. Mondul Coffee Estate continues on with traditional methods of coffee production all while adapting and adopting modern practices. Mondul carefully selects ripe coffee cherries and from the time of harvest the cherries are pulped, fermented, washed and dried. Hours upon hours of labor go into production to ensure a quality cup of coffee every time.
