This limited edition blend combines two of our favorite single-origin, East African coffees to create a perfectly blended cup. We chose the highest quality beans from both Kenya and Ethiopia, roasted them to perfection separately in small batches, and blended equal parts of each in this jar. Of all the combinations we’ve tried, this blend is by far our favorite. We hope you enjoy it, too! Wet beans in parchment are placed on raised drying beds in thin layers and turned every 2 to 3 hours during the first few days of the drying process.
