This is our best espresso yet. After roasting over 49 experimental batches, we found the satsuma of espresso blends. You no longer have rappel into a giant, jungle sinkhole to experience amazing espresso. We’ve been keeping all the jewels (and sharing some with a pack of beta testers) for ourselves – now is the opportunity for you and yourselves to experience this, zah-za!

Blend: Brazilian 60% / Colombian 25% / Indonesian (Bali) 15%

At Fathom Coffee, we take sustainability seriously. That's why every batch of our solar roasted coffee is made using photovoltaic (PV) panels to capture the sun's rays, storing this "free" solar power in battery banks to power our off-grid roasting process. These special batches are roasted without any assistance from the power company, making our process entirely self-sufficient and environmentally friendly. Plus, we package our coffee in reusable American-made glass mason jars—return them to the shop for a $1 credit on your next purchase as part of our sustainability practices.
