Growing coffee is a family affair for Jorge Monge. This 3rd generation owner of the “Las Palomas” farm in Costa Rica shares his love of producing top quality coffee with his brother Carlos, who owns his own farm on adjacent land. The fruits of their labor have landed them as top finishers in many international cupping competitions and earned high praise from the coffee community. This micro lot coffee grows in the Tarbaca province of Tarrazú at a high altitude with ample sun and shade. Brew a cup and you’ll experience notes of green apple, honey, and citrus alongside a gentle acidity.
