This blend of AA and AB beans originates from the top coffee-growing regions in Kenya. This coffee has been processed as decaf at the Swiss Water plant in Vancouver B.C. During the Swiss Water Process, a non-solvent based method was used to remove 99.9% of the caffeine from the green coffee beans, while leaving much of the original flavor intact.
