Kenya Kiambu Ibonia Estate AA


Grown on the Ibonia estate within the Kiambu town in Kenya, this roast is grown, harvested, and processed consciously. The farmers grow and harvest the coffee with the diverse local ecosystem in mind. Preserving the indigenous species such as snakes, weaver birds, deer, owls, and hawks are of the utmost importance. This roast is dried in raised beds and contains tasting notes of cane sugar and grapefruit complimented with high body and acidity.
