Description
From the Guji Zone in Southern Ethiopia comes our newest natural processed coffee! Cultivated by 650 farmers in the village of Derikidame, the cherries are taken to the Derikocha Washing Station. There the cherries are dried, being turned every 2-3 hours to ensure quality yield. Light and fruity, this coffee will bring forward notes of ripe peach, nectarine, red plum and a subtle dark chocolate.
