Costa Rica Tarrazú La Cuesta
Tarrazú is one of the most recognized regions in Costa Rica for coffee production. This region represents 25% of the coffee grown within the country. This coffee is grown, harvested, and processed within the CoopeTarrazú farmers collective. This organization values stability and sustainability while prioritizing the welfare of the growers and their families. The uniform taste within the coffee is achieve by sun drying on raised beds during the dry season which lasts from November to March. Tasting notes include pineapple, caramel, and bright acidity.
